Efficacy of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Combined with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction on Severe Acute Pancreatitis Compli-cated with Liver Injury
Objective To explore the efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)complicated with liver injury.Methods 92 patients with SAP complicated with liver injury admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizate,and the observation group was treated with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The recovery related indicators,pancreatic function,liver function,and inflammatory cytokine levels were compared between two groups.Results The abdominal pain relief time,serum amylase recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum amylase,hematuria amylase,lipase,ALT,AST,γ-GT,TNF-α,IL-6,and NF-κB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ALB level was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusions Magnesium isogyrrhizinate combined with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction can improve the pancreatic function and liver function of patients with SAP complicated with liver injury,and reduce the NF-κB level in peripheral blood neutrophils.
