Clinical Effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction Combined with Anlieke on Promoting Uterine Contraction and Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shenghua Decoction combined with Anlieke in promoting uterine contraction and reducing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 62 puerperae with natural delivery admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Anlieke after delivery, while the observation group was treated with modified Shenghua Decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, postpartum blood loss, hemostasis time, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%,significantly higher than 80.65%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss at 6 hours and 24 hours after delivery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the hemostasis time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(6.45%vs.12.90%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Modified Shenghua Decoction combined with Anlieke has significant clinical value in puerperae after natural delivery, which can promote the uterine contraction, reduce the postpartum hemorrhage, and shorten the hemostasis time, with high drug safety.
