Application of Rehabilitation Nursing Guided by FMEA in Patients with Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing guided by failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 90 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment order.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing guided by FMEA.The cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the LVEF and LVESVI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the WMSI was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing guided by FMEA can improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with myocardial infarction.
