摘要
目的 探讨5E康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者护理中的应用效果及对其肺功能的影响.方法 将300例COPD患者随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组采用5E康复护理.比较两组患者的肺功能、生活质量、护理满意率.结果 护理后,观察组PEF、FEV1、FVC高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意率为95.33％,明显高于对照组的81.33％(P＜0.05).结论 5E康复护理在COPD患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者的肺功能,提升其生活质量及护理满意率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and the impact on lung function.Methods 300 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation nursing.The lung function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PEF,FEV1 and FVC of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.33％,significantly higher than 81.33％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients with COPD has better application effect,which can improve the lung function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
