Objective To explore the application value of multi-dimensional nursing mode in patients undergoing laparoscopic gallstone surgery.Methods 70 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-dimensional nursing mode.The psychological state,pain and quality of life scores,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional nursing mode can relieve the nagative emotions,relieve the pain,improve the quality of life,and reduce the complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic gallstone surgery.
