Application of Nursing Risk Management under PDCA Cycle Mode in Patients with Minimally Invasive Treatment of Digestive Endoscopy
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management under PDCA cycle mode in patients with minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy. Methods 92 patients undergoing minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing risk management under PDCA cycle mode on the basis of the control group. The nursing quality, nursing satisfaction degree and risk events were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of nursing safety, instrumentation, post management and sterilization isolation, and the satisfaction scores of medical environment, service attitude, professional skills and doctor-patient relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the observation group was 4.35%,lower than 17.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing risk management under PDCA cycle mode can signifiicantly improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree, and reduce the nursing risk events in patients with minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy.
