Application of Patient-Centered Nursing Model in Perioperative Period of HIV Infected Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application effect of patient-centered nursing model in perioperative period of HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used patient-centered nursing model. The perioperative indicators, psychological stress indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and analgesia times were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Patient-centered nursing model can shorten the operation time of HIV infected patients with cerebral hemorrhage, alleviate the psychological stress reaction and reduce the adverse reactions.
