Impact of Comprehensive Nursing on the Compliance and Adverse Reactions in Kawasaki Disease Children Treated with Gamma Globulin Pulses
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing on the compliance and adverse reactions of Kawasaki disease children treated with gamma globulin pulses. Methods 98 Kawasaki disease children treated with gamma globulin pulses in our hospital from March 2020 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into comprehensive group(comprehensive nursing)and routine group(routine nursing),with 49 cases in each group. The compliance, adverse reactions, recovery and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of the routine group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The fever reduction time and hospitalization time of the comprehensive group were shorter than those of the routine group, and the hospitalization expense was less than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing for Kawasaki disease children treated with gamma globulin pulses can improve the compliance, reduce the adverse reactions, and promote the recovery of children.
