Impact of Targeted Nursing Based on Humanistic Care on the Sleep Quality and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing based on humanistic care on the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 62 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing based on humanistic care.The psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing based on humanistic care can effectively improve the psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate of patients with coronary heart disease.
