摘要
目的 探讨基于人文关怀的针对性护理对冠心病患者睡眠质量与生活质量的影响.方法 选择2021年1月至2023年8月我院收治的62例冠心病患者,随机分为两组.对照组应用常规护理,观察组采用基于人文关怀的针对性护理.比较两组的心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量、护理满意率.结果 护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于人文关怀的针对性护理可有效改善冠心病患者的心理状态,提升其睡眠质量、生活质量与护理满意率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing based on humanistic care on the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 62 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing based on humanistic care.The psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing based on humanistic care can effectively improve the psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate of patients with coronary heart disease.
