摘要
目的 探讨互联网+延续性护理在妇产科母婴护理中的应用效果.方法 将90例初产妇随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组产后应用互联网+延续性护理.比较两组的自我效能评分、产妇并发症发生率与新生儿并发症发生率.结果 护理后,观察组自我效能各项评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组产妇并发症发生率为6.67％,低于对照组的22.22％(P＜0.05).观察组新生儿并发症发生率为4.44％,低于对照组的17.78％(P＜0.05).结论 互联网+延续性护理在妇产科母婴护理中的应用效果较好,可提升初产妇的自我效能,降低母婴并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Internet+continuous nursing in maternal and infant care in department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 90 primiparas were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with Internet+continuous nursing after delivery.The self-efficacy scores,incidence of maternal complications,and incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was 6.67％,lower than 22.22％in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 4.44％,lower than 17.78％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Internet+continuous nursing in maternal and infant care in department of gynecology and obstetrics has better application effect,which can improve the self-efficacy of primiparas,reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications.
