摘要
目的 探讨目标管理理论指导的护理模式在肺炎患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月我院收治的80例肺炎患儿,按照抽签法分为两组各40例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用目标管理理论指导的护理模式.比较两组症状改善情况、肺功能、遵医行为.结果 观察组各项症状消失时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组FVC、VC、PEF水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组各项遵医行为评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 目标管理理论指导的护理模式可缩短肺炎患儿的症状消失时间,改善其肺功能,提高遵医行为.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mode guided by objective management theory in children with pneumonia.Methods 80 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing mode guided by objective management theory.The symptom improvement,lung function and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the FVC,VC and PEF levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of compliance behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Nursing mode guided by objective management theory can shorten the symptom disappearance time,improve the lung function and compliance behavior of children.
