Impact of IKAP Model Based Nursing on Vaginal Delivery in Primiparas
Objective To explore the impact of IKAP model based nursing on vaginal delivery of primipara.Methods 90 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received IKAP model based nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,labor time and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The first,second,third and total labor time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions IKAP model based nursing can reduce the negative emotions during vaginal delivery,shorten the labor time,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of primiparas.
