心理护理联合加速康复外科护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨心理护理联合加速康复外科(ERAS)护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年7月至2023年7月于我院行胃癌根治术治疗的胃癌患者60例,随机分为研究组(n=30)和参照组(n=30).参照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予心理护理联合ERAS护理.比较两组的围手术期相关指标、癌症复发恐惧感及术后并发症发生情况.结果 研究组肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、拔管时间及住院时间短于参照组(P＜0.05).干预后,两组的癌症复发恐惧量表(FCRI-CV)评分降低,研究组FCRI-CV评分低于参照组(P＜0.05).研究组术后并发症发生率为6.67％,低于参照组的30.00％(P＜0.05).结论 心理护理联合ERAS护理可明显加快胃癌根治术患者术后恢复进程,缓解其癌症复发恐惧感,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=30)and reference group(n=30).The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given psychological nursing combined with ERAS nursing.The perioperative related indicators,the fear of cancer recurrence and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,first defecation time,extubation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the FCRI-CV scores in both groups decreased,and the FCRI-CV score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.67％,lower than 30.00％in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing combined with ERAS nursing can significantly accelerate their postoperative recovery process of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,alleviate the fear of cancer recurrence,and lower the incidence of postoperative complications.
