Application of Psychological Nursing Combined with Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Nursing in Patients Undergoing Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=30)and reference group(n=30).The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given psychological nursing combined with ERAS nursing. The perioperative related indicators, the fear of cancer recurrence and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, first defecation time, extubation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention, the FCRI-CV scores in both groups decreased, and the FCRI-CV score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 30.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing combined with ERAS nursing can significantly accelerate their postoperative recovery process of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, alleviate the fear of cancer recurrence, and lower the incidence of postoperative complications.
