Application of Internet+Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Patients with Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of Internet+continuous rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods 120 elderly IS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the single and even order.The control group received routine continuous nursing,and the observation group received Internet+continuous rehabilitation nursing.The limb function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FMA and MBI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased,and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Internet+continuous rehabilitation nursing can improve the limb function and daily living ability of elderly IS patients,and improve the quality of life.
