Analysis on Correlation between HR-HPV Load and Postoperative Recurrence in Patients with High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion
Objective To analyze the correlation between high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)load and postoperative recurrence in patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL).Methods 80 HSIL patients undergoing cervical conization in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected, and the HR-HPV load was detected at admission.Following up for 12 months after surgery, and postoperative recurrence was counted and grouped. The baseline data of the recurrence group and non-recurrence group were compared, and the correlation between HR-HPV load and postoperative recurrence in HSIL patients was analyzed. Results Among 80 HSIL patients,18 cases had postoperative recurrence, accounting for 22.50%.No statistical difference was found in the age, gravidity, parity, abortion history, surgical margin, pathological type and TCT test results between the recurrence group and the non-recurrent group(P>0.05),but the HR-HPV load at admission in the recurrence group was higher than that in the non-recurrent group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the abnormal over-expression of HR-HPV load at admission was the risk factor for postoperative recurrence in HSIL patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The preoperative HR-HPV load of HSIL patients is correlated with postoperative recurrence, which may be a high risk factor for recurrence.
