Clinical Study of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy in the Treatment of Renal Tumor
Objective To compare the clinical effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(RLPN)and open partial nephrectomy(OPN)in the treatment of renal tumor. Methods 76 patients with renal tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into OPN group and RLPN group. The perioperative indicators, complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss amount and VAS score in the RLPN group were significantly lower than those in the OPN group, the incision length and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the OPN group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the OPN group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the operation time and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions RLPN has the advantages of less surgical trauma, less pain and fewer complications in the treatment of renal tumor, which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients.
