针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘要
目的 探讨针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的效果.方法 60例气虚血瘀型神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎功能.结果 观察组的总有效率为93.3％,明显高于对照组的70.0％(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的VAS、NDI评分均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型神经根型颈椎病能明显改善患者的颈部疼痛和颈椎功能,提高临床治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and cervical spine function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3％,significantly higher than 70.0％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type can significantly improve the neck pain and cervical function of patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
