Observation on the Effect of Budesonide Atomization Inhalation Combined with High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome
Objective To observe the effect and safety of budesonide atomization inhalation combined with high frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 68 neonates with NRDS were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation, and the observation group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation+HFOV.The recovery situation, blood gas indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The ventilation time, oxygen therapy time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications during treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,PaO2 and pH value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide atomization inhalation combined with HFOV treatment can effectively regulate the blood gas indicators of neonates with NRDS,reduce the occurrence of complications, and accelerate the recovery of neonates.
