Comparison on the Effects of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Patients with Uterine Fibroids
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic total hysterectomy(LTH)and laparoscopic myomectomy(LM)in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids(UF).Methods 90 patients with UF admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group.Group A was treated with LM,and group B was treated with LTH.The operation related indicators, levels of sex hormones and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The first exhaust time and hospitalization time in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B,and the intraoperative blood loss amount was significantly less than that in group B(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery, the serum E2 level in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the serum LH and FSH levels were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 2.22%,significantly lower than 17.78%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with LTH,LM in the treatment of UF patients can significantly reduce intraoperative blood loss amount, shorten recovery time, reduce postoperative complications, and has less impact on body sex hormone levels.
