Impact of Gamma Knife Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy Combined with TACE in the Treatment of Primary Hepatic Can-cer on the Serum Tumor Markers and Liver Function Indicators of Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of Gamma knife stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary hepatic cancer(PHC).Methods A total of 60 patients with PHC were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with TACE,and the observation group was treated with Gamma knife SBRT on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum tumor markers and liver function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of CEA,AFP,TBIL,AST and ALT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gamma knife SBRT combined with TACE can improve the local control rate of PHC,normalize tumor markers and improve the liver function of patients.
