摘要
目的 探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗直径≤3 cm肾结石患者的临床效果.方法 80例直径≤3 cm肾结石患者随机分为两组,对照组实施经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗,观察组实施输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组的肾功能、疼痛程度及并发症.结果 术后,观察组的Cys-C、Scr、NGAL、BUN水平,VAS评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗直径≤3 cm肾结石患者的效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter.Methods 80 patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy.The renal function,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the levels of Cys-C,Scr,NGAL and BUN,the VAS score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter has significant effect.
