Clinical Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy in the Adjuvant Treatment of Severe Pneumonia
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia(SP).Methods Sixty patients with SP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was given fiberoptic bronchoscopy adjuvant therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, and levels of inflammatory factors and blood gas indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum PCT,CRP and PaCO2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of SaO2 and PaO2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the adjuvant treatment of SP can obviously improve the clinical effect, relieve patients'inflammatory response, and promote the improvement of blood gas indicators of patients.
