摘要
目的 分析腹腔镜下高位隐睾下降术治疗高位隐睾患儿的效果.方法 76例小儿高位隐睾患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予传统入路高位隐睾下降术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜下高位隐睾下降术治疗,比较两组的手术指标、睾丸功能以及并发症.结果 观察组的各项手术指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05).手术后,观察组的T、LH水平均高于对照组,FSH水平、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜下高位隐睾下降术治疗高位隐睾能够显著降低患儿术中、术后风险,改善患儿睾丸功能.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic high-position cryptorchidism descent in the treatment of children with high-position cryptorchidism.Methods 76 children with high-position cryptorchidism were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional-approach high-position cryptorchidism descent,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic high-position cryptorchidism descent.The surgical indicators,testicular function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After surgery,the levels of T and LH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of FSH and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic high-position cryptorchidism descent in the treatment of high-position cryptorchidism can significantly reduce the intraoperative and postoperative risks and improve the testicular function of children.
