摘要
目的 分析蓝光照射联合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸的效果.方法 60例新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸患儿随机分为两组.对照组应用蓝光照射治疗,观察组应用蓝光照射联合丙种球蛋白治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、血清胆红素水平、不良反应.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的TBiL、DBiL、IBiL水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 蓝光照射联合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿ABO溶血性黄疸可有效改善患儿的临床症状,降低血清胆红素水平,降低并发症风险.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice.Methods 60 cases of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin.The therapeutic effect,serum bilirubin levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of TBiL,DBiL and IBiL after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of neonates,reduce the level of serum bilirubin,and reduce the risk of complications.
