Effect of Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Gamma Globulin in the Treatment of Neonatal ABO Hemolytic Jaundice and Its Impact on the levels of Serological Indicators
Objective To analyze the effect of blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice. Methods 60 cases of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with blue light irradiation, and the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin. The therapeutic effect, serum bilirubin levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of TBiL,DBiL and IBiL after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Blue light irradiation combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of neonatal ABO hemolytic jaundice can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of neonates, reduce the level of serum bilirubin, and reduce the risk of complications.
