摘要
目的 探讨吡非尼酮胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎后肺间质纤维化的效果.方法 68例支原体肺炎后肺间质纤维化患者随机分为两组,对照组给予醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予吡非尼酮胶囊治疗,比较两组的疗效、肺功能、炎性指标.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率、各项肺功能指标均高于对照组,炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 吡非尼酮胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎后肺间质纤维化的效果显著,可有效改善患者的肺功能,减轻机体炎性反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pirfenidone capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 68 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone capsules on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,lung function and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and lung function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Pirfenidone capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia has significant effect,which can effectively improve patients'lung function,and relieve the inflammatory reaction of the body.
