Effect of Pirfenidone Capsule in the Treatment of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis After Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of pirfenidone capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 68 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets, and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone capsules on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, lung function and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and lung function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pirfenidone capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis after mycoplasma pneumonia has significant effect, which can effectively improve patients'lung function, and relieve the inflammatory reaction of the body.
