Observation on the Effect of Respiratory Training Combined with Terbutaline and Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Pa-tients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of respiratory training combined with terbutaline and glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 82 patients with COPD were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The reference group was treated with conventional therapy+terbutaline+beclomethasone dipropionate, and the study group was given respiratory training on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.24%,significantly higher than 70.73%in the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the levels of FVC,FEV,and FEV1/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Respiratory training combined with terbutaline and glucocorticoid in the treatment of COPD has exact effect and high safety, and can obviously improve patients'pulmonary function.
