Clinical Effect of Perindopril Combined with Bisoprolol Fumarate in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension and Its Impact on Heart Rate Variability and Oxidative Stress Response of Patients
Objective To explore the clinical effect of perindopril combined with bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 94 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with perindopril,and the study group was treated with perindopril combined with bisoprolol fumarate.The clinical efficacy,heart rate variability and oxidative stress response were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 89.36％,higher than 72.34％in the reference group(P＜0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,SDNN,rMSSD,PNN50 and serum SOD level in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and serum MDA and Ox-LDL levels were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Perindopril combined with bisoprolol fumarate in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension has exact effect,which can obviously improve the heart rate variability and relieve the oxidative stress response of patients.
