Predictive Value of Combined Detection of Serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 on Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational Hypertension
Objective To analyze the predictive value of combined detection of serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods 92 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were divided into adverse outcome group and normal outcome group according to the pregnancy outcome. The levels of serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 at the time of diagnosis were compared between the two groups, and the predictive efficacy of single detection and combined detection of the above indicators was evaluated. Results The levels of serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 in the adverse outcome group were higher than those in the normal outcome group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the A UC of combined detection of serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 in predicting pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension was 0.932,higher than that of single detection of each index. Conclusions The combined detection of serum NT-proBNP,cTnI and Lp-PLA2 has higher efficacy in predicting pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension.
