Comparison on the Effects of Quetiapine vs.Risperidone Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia Mainly Characterized by Negative Symptoms
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of quetiapine vs.risperidone combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia mainly characterized by negative symptoms.Methods 160 patients with schizophrenia mainly characterized by negative symptoms were divided into the quetiapine group(quetiapine+olanzapine)and the risperidone group(risperidone+olanzapine)according to different medication methods.The therapeutic effect,PANSS score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the quetiapine group was higher than that in the risperidone group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the risperidone group,and the item scores and total score of PANSS after 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the risperidone group(P<0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia mainly characterized by negative symptoms has better effect than risperidone combined with olanzapine,which is beneficial to alleviate the discomfort symptoms of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
