Therapeutic Effect of Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection on Patients with Progressive Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection on patients with progressive cerebral infarction(PCI).Methods A total of 86 patients with PCI admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with normative PCI routine therapy+antiplatelet drugs, and the study group was treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection on the basis of the reference group. The therapeutic effect, neurological function and serological indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.02%,significantly higher than 74.42%in the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS score, and levels of serum CRP and D-D in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection has significant application effect in PCI patients, which can obviously promote the recovery of neurological function and reduce the serum CRP and D-D levels of patients.
