Application of Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Arrhythmia
Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 80 patients with CHD complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride capsules, and the study group was treated with metoprolol tartrate sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group. The QTc interval,QT dispersion(QTD),hemodynamics and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the QTc interval of the study group was longer than that of the control group,QTD was shorter than that of the control group,ESR and Fb were lower than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Amiodarone combined with metoprolol has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of patients with CHD complicated with arrhythmia, which can prolong QTc interval, shorten QTD,and improve hemodynamics.
