摘要

目的 分析胸腺法新辅助抗结核药物治疗肺结核(TB)的效果.方法 116例复治菌阳TB患者随机分为两组,对照组予以抗结核药物治疗,观察组予以抗结核药物+胸腺法新治疗,比较两组的痰菌转阴率、肺功能、免疫功能.结果 观察组治疗2个月、3个月的痰菌转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FVC、CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 胸腺法新辅助抗结核药物治疗复治菌阳TB可提高痰菌转阴率,改善患者的肺功能与免疫功能.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of thymalfasin assisted with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of patients with smear-positive retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).Methods 116 patients with smear-positive retreatment TB were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the observation group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs+thymalfasin.The sputum negative conversion rate,lung function and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months and 3 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC,CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Thymalfasin assisted with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of smear-positive retreatment TB can increase the sputum negative conversion rate and improve the lung function and immune function of patients.
