摘要
目的 探讨清肠汤联合乳果糖治疗混合痔术后便秘的临床效果.方法 选取2022年6月至2023年1月我院收治的64例混合痔术后便秘患者,随机分为两组各32例.对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,研究组给予清肠汤联合乳果糖治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、症状积分.结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为93.75％,明显高于对照组的71.88％(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的排便困难、下坠不尽、肛周疼痛、腹胀积分均较治疗前降低,且研究组治疗后的排便困难、下坠不尽、肛周疼痛、腹胀积分与对照组相比明显更低(P＜0.05).结论 清肠汤联合乳果糖治疗混合痔术后便秘患者可明显提升临床效果,减轻患者的不适症状.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingchang decoction combined with lactulose in the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods From June 2022 to January 2023,64 patients with constipation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution,and the study group was treated with Qingchang decoction combined with lactulose.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.75％,significantly higher than 71.88％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation difficulty,falling and incomplete,perianal pain and abdominal distension in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of defecation difficulty,falling and incomplete,perianal pain and abdominal distension after treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Qinchang decoction combined with lactulose in the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can significantly improve the clinical effect and relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients.
