Observation on the Effect of Xiao'er Feire Kechuan Granule in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granule in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 200 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.00％,higher than 90.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,asthma and lung wet rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Xiao'er Feire Kechuan granule in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has good effect,which can quickly improve the symptoms of children with few adverse reactions.
