Preventive Effect of Preventive Supplement of Potassium and Magnesium Ions on Ventricular Arrhythmia After PCI in Pa-tients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the preventive effect of preventive supplement of potassium and magnesium ions on ventricular arrhythmia after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 290 AMI patients treated with PCI were divided into two groups according to different postoperative treatment measures. After surgery, the control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate injection on the basis of the control group. The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and occurrence of adverse prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 week,1 month and 2 months of treatment, the incidences of ventricular arrhythmia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,no significant difference was found in the incidences of heart failure and recurrent angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05),while the incidence of re-infarction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preventive supplement of potassium and magnesium ions after PCI in patients with AMI can obviously reduce the occurrence risk of ventricular arrhythmia and reduce the occurrence of re-infarction.
