Impact of Pranoprofen Eye Drops Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on the Clinical Symptoms and Tear Dy-namics Indicators of Patients with Dry Eye After Cataract Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods 100 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were divided into the control group(sodium hyaluronate eye drops)and the study group(sodium hyaluronate eye drops+pranoprofen eye drops)according to different treatment regimens.The efficacy,dry eye symptoms,tear dynamics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and the values of BUT and SIt of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the dry eye symptom score and FL score were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and tear dynamics of patients.
