替罗非班联合替格瑞洛对冠心病患者心功能及炎性因子的影响

摘要
目的 探讨替罗非班联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病的临床效果.方法 100例冠心病患者根据治疗方法的不同分为参照组(替格瑞洛)和联合组(替罗非班+替格瑞洛),比较两组的心功能、炎性因子水平和不良反应.结果 治疗后,联合组的LVESd、LVEDd以及血清IL-33、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于参照组,LVEF高于参照组(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 替罗非班联合替格瑞洛可明显改善冠心病患者的心功能,减轻机体炎性反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tirofiban combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the reference group(ticagrelor)and the combined group(tirofiban+ticagrelor)according to different treatment methods.The cardiac function,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LVESd,LVEDd and levels of serum IL-33,TNF-α and IL-6 in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group,and LVEF was higher than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Tirofiban combined with ticagrelor can obviously improve the cardiac function and relieve the inflammatory response of patients with coronary heart disease.
