Clinical Effect of Reduced Glutathione Combined with High-Flow Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To explore the effect of reduced glutathione(GSH)combined with high-flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 80 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with high-flow oxygen therapy, and the study group was treated with GSH combined with high-flow oxygen therapy. The clinical efficacy, blood gas indicators and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate and PaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and PaCO2 and the levels of serum PCT and CRP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions GSH combined with high-flow oxygen therapy can improve the blood gas indicators and alleviate the inflammatory reaction of patients with AECOPD.
