夏麻止眩汤联合天麻素注射液对后循环缺血性眩晕患者的治疗效果

摘要
目的 探讨夏麻止眩汤联合天麻素注射液治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者的临床效果.方法 80例后循环缺血性眩晕患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予天麻素注射液治疗,联合组给予夏麻止眩汤联合天麻素注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,联合组的中医证候积分、DHI评分、DARS评分、基底动脉RI值均低于对照组,总有效率及基底动脉PSV、Vm值均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 夏麻止眩汤联合天麻素注射液可明显改善后循环缺血性眩晕患者的眩晕症状和血流动力学指标.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gastrodin injection,and the combined group was treated with Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,DHI score,DARS score and basilar artery RI value of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate,and values of basilar artery PSV and Vm were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection can obviously improve the vertigo symptoms and hemodynamic indicators of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.
