Clinical Effect of Decalcified Human Dental Matrix Material Assisted Iliac Bone Graft in Repairing Alveolar Cleft
Objective To explore the clinical effect of decalcified human dental matrix material assisted iliac bone graft in the repair of alveolar cleft. Methods 60 patients with alveolar cleft were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with iliac cancellous bone graft, and the observation group was treated with decalcified human dental matrix material assisted iliac cancellous bone graft. The success rate of repair, masticatory ability and alveolar bone density were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment, the MASA scores and alveolar bone density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Decalcified human dental matrix material assisted iliac bone graft in the treatment of alveolar cleft can obviously improve the success rate of repair, improve the patients'masticatory ability, and increase alveolar bone density.
