Impact of Painless Delivery on Labor Time,Pain Degree and Delivery Outcome of Primipara
Objective To explore the impact of painless delivery on labor time, pain degree and delivery outcome of primipara. Methods 120 cases of primipara were divided into two groups according to the different modes of delivery. The reference group received traditional natural delivery, and the study group received painless delivery. The labor time, pain degree, postpartum hemorrhage and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The time of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group, and the VAS scores, postpartum hemorrhage amount and total incidence of adverse delivery outcomes were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Painless delivery can significantly shorten the labor time of primipara, reduce the pain degree, reduce postpartum hemorrhage amount, and reduce the occurrence risk of adverse delivery outcomes.
