家长全程参与式安全护理管理路径在PICC置管血液肿瘤患儿护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨家长全程参与式安全护理管理路径在PICC置管血液肿瘤患儿护理中的应用效果.方法 150例PICC置管血液肿瘤患儿随机分为两组.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用家长全程参与式安全护理管理路径进行护理干预.比较两组的并发症、生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,PQL各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 家长全程参与式安全护理管理路径应用于PICC置管血液肿瘤患儿的护理中可明显降低其并发症发生率,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of parental whole-process participation safety nursing management pathway in the nursing of hematological tumor children with PICC catheterization.Methods 150 cases of hematological tumor children with PICC catheterization were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received regular nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention of parental whole-process participation safety nursing management pathway.The complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the dimension scores and total score of PQL were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of parental whole-process participation safety nursing management pathway in the nursing of hematological tumor children with PICC catheterization can obviously reduce the incidence of complications and improve their quality of life.
