Application of Hospital-Family Seamless Continuous Nursing in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the application effect of hospital-family seamless continuous nursing in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 116 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received hospital-family seamless continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The compliance behavior,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of on-time medication,healthy diet and exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,the CDSMS score and QLICD-CHD score were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Hospital-family seamless continuous nursing can obviously improve the compliance behavior,self-management ability and quality of life of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
