Impact of"1+1+X"Collaborative Nursing Led by Specialist Nurse on Patients with Ulcerative Colitis
Objective To analyze the application effect of"1+1+X"collaborative nursing led by specialist nurse in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 67 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given"1+1+X"collaborative nursing led by specialist nurse.The medication compliance,disease recurrence rate,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The medication compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the disease recurrence rate and incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the IBDQ score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions"1+1+X"collaborative nursing led by specialist nurse can improve the medication compliance of patients with ulcerative colitis,reduce the occurrence risk of disease recurrence and complications,and improve their quality of life.
