全程精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者围术期中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨全程精细化护理应用于老年髋部骨折手术患者的效果.方法 60例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为两组.对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组采用全程精细化护理.比较两组的切口感染率、护理质量、应激反应.结果 观察组的切口感染率低于对照组,各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分以及Cor、NE、E水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 全程精细化护理可降低老年髋部骨折患者的术后切口感染率,提高护理服务质量,减轻患者心理及生理应激反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course meticulous nursing applied in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery.Methods 60 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group was given whole-course meticulous nursing.The incision infection rate,nursing quality and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results The incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the nursing quality scores were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS score,SDS score and levels of Cor,NE and E after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Whole-course meticulous nursing can reduce the postoperative incision infection rate of elderly patients with hip fracture,improve the quality of nursing service,and reduce the psychological and physiological stress response of patients.
