Application of Humanistic Care Concept in the Nursing of Patients with End-Stage Lung Cancer and Its Impact on Their Psychological State and Quality of Life
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care concept in the nursing of patients with end-stage lung cancer.Methods 68 patients with end-stage lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hospice care,and the observation group was given nursing based on humanistic care concept.The psychological state,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score and VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of humanistic care concept in the nursing of patients with end-stage lung cancer can improve their psychological state,reduce their pain degree and improve their quality of life.
