大承气汤联合甘遂对急性胰腺炎的护理效果

摘要
目的 探讨大承气汤联合甘遂在急性胰腺炎(AP)护理中的效果.方法 54例AP患者随机分为两组.对照组给予大承气汤灌肠,观察组给予大承气汤灌肠联合甘遂末口服.比较两组的干预效果.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组,干预后的WBC计数低于对照组,腹痛缓解时间及胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,CSQ-8评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 大承气汤联合甘遂应用于AP护理中具有良好的效果,利于缩短患者的症状改善时间,减轻炎性反应,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Dachengqi decoction combined with Gansui in the nursing of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 54 patients with AP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Dachengqi decoction for enema,and the observation group was given Dachengqi decoction for enema combined with Gansui powder for oral administration.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the WBC count after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the abdominal pain relief time and gastrointestinal function recovery time were shorter than those of the control group,and the CSQ-8 score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of Dachengqi decoction combined with Gansui in the nursing of AP has good effect,which is benefiicial to shorten the time of symptom improvement,relieve the inflammatory reaction and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
