Application Value of Complication Warning Model in Tumor Patients with Implantable Venous Access Port Chemotherapy
Objective To explore the application value of complication warning model in tumor patients with implantable venous access port chemotherapy. Methods 120 tumor patients who received implantable venous access port chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing of complication warning model. The incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of activity, health, daily life, recent support and overall spirit were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Complication warning model can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of tumor patients during implantable venous access port chemotherapy.
