德尔菲法指导的急诊护理路径在急性心力衰竭急救中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨德尔菲法指导的急诊护理路径在急性心衰急救中的应用效果.方法 90例急性心衰患者按照护理方式分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(德尔菲法指导的急诊护理路径),比较两组的救治时间和救治效果.结果 观察组的急救、心肌再灌注、疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,45 min好转率及60 min显效率均高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的SBP、DBP均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 德尔菲法指导的急诊护理路径可缩短急性心衰的救治时间,提高救治效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method in emergency treatment of acute heart failure.Methods 90 patients with acute heart failure were divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method)according to nursing methods.The treatment time and rescue outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency treatment time,myocardial reperfusion time,and pain relief time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the 45-minute improvement rate and 60-minute significant efficacy rate were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method can shorten the treatment time of acute heart failure and improve the rescue outcome.
