Application of Nutritional Nursing Guided by Nutritional Risk Screening in Patients with Jaw Fracture Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening in patients with jaw fracture surgery.Methods 80 patients with jaw fracture surgery were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group was given nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening on the basis of the control group.The immune function,nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after discharge,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,Hb,PA and Alb,and the SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening can improve the immune function and nutritional status of patients with jaw fracture surgery and improve their quality of life.
