营养风险筛查指导的营养护理在颌骨骨折手术患者中的应用

中文摘要：目的探讨营养风险筛查指导的营养护理在颌骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果.方法 80例颌骨骨折手术患者按就诊顺序分为两组.对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用营养风险筛查指导的营养护理.比较两组的免疫功能、营养状态和生活质量.结果出院后3个月,观察组的IgA、IgG、IgM、Hb、PA、Alb水平以及SF-36评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论营养风险筛查指导的营养护理可改善颌骨骨折手术患者的免疫功能及营养状态,提升其生活质量.

外文摘要：Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening in patients with jaw fracture surgery.Methods 80 patients with jaw fracture surgery were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group was given nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening on the basis of the control group.The immune function,nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after discharge,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,Hb,PA and Alb,and the SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Nutritional nursing guided by nutritional risk screening can improve the immune function and nutritional status of patients with jaw fracture surgery and improve their quality of life.
